	Location: Brooksville, Florida
	Description: Hawkins completed this power center from Centro Properties in the Fall of 2007. Some of the retailers in this center include Old Navy, Linen N Things, Petco, Marshalls, Panera Bread and Michaels.
Oakleaf Town Center	Category: Retail	Size: 415,000 SF
	Location: Jacksonville, Florida
	Description: Developed by The Sembler Company, Oakleaf Town Center is an open-air regional shopping center located in the northwest quadrant of the Argyle Forest Boulevard and Old Middleburg Road intersection within the Oakleaf Plantation DRI in the southwestern portion of Duval County just west of Orange Park.
Winter Garden Village	Category: Retail	Size: 100,000 SF
	Location: Winter Garden, FL
	Description: Hawkins constructed this large power center for the Sembler Company. This open-air shopping center is located at the northeast quadrant of C.R. 535 (which is being extended and widened to six lanes through the project) and the new Western Beltway (Toll Road 429) in the City of Winter Garden. Retailers include Linens N Things, Barnes & Noble, Ross, Marshalls, Old Navy and many more.
Mirasol Walk	Category: Retail	Size: 54,000 SF
	Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
	Description: This project was completed in just over six months and includes a Publix Supermarket and retail space. The design of the center as well as the extensive landscaping makes this one of the most luxurious shopping centers in Florida. A mediteranean-influenced design is created with a dual-tone stucco, decorative tile, white rope columns and ornamental embellishments.
Rolling Acres	Category: Retail	Size: 150,000 SF
	Location: The Villages, Florida
	Description: The buzz about The Villages has become a retail roar and Rolling Acres shopping plaza has the most national department stores in the area. This power center is located on busy US 441/27 in the geographic center of Florida. The Sembler Company chose Hawkins Construction for this large project which had a very tight schedule of 180 days. Hawkins completed this project, which consisted of over 150,000 SF of retail space, on time and within budget.
Hampton Lakes Villages	Category: Retail	Size: 135,000 SF
	Location: Tampa, Florida
	Description: This Sweetbay-anchored, mixed-use shopping center with additional local retail space is located in the wealthiest zip code in the Tampa Bay area. This was the first Sweetbay Supermarket to open in the Tampa Bay Market. This project combines the best characteristics of the traditional neighborhood development concept with the more conventional grocery anchored retail layout to create a destination shopping environment. This center sits in the expanding landscape of Northwest Hillsborough County and will service several new residential communities.
Walters Crossing	Category: Retail	Size: 350,000 SF
	Location: Tampa, Florida
	Description: The Walter Redevelopment site is now a 350,000 SF Vertical Power Center. Hawkins Construction was chosen to build the Wild Oats Natural Market, Linen-n-Things, PetsMart, Cargo Kids and DSW Shoes. Located at the intersection of I-275 and Dale Mabry Highway, virtually the entire Tampa market is within a 25 minute drive. With 230,000 cars passing the 13-acre site daily, it ranks as one of the busiest intersections in the State of Florida.
Clearwater Mall	Category: Retail	Size: 265,000 SF
	Location: Clearwater, Florida
	Description: The Sembler Company created this shopping experience at a prime location in Pinellas County by redeveloping the old Clearwater Mall. Hawkins completed this project, averaging 180 calendar days from building pad to tenant delivery. The major retailers include Border's Books, Michaels Crafts, Linen n' Things, PetsMart, David's Bridal, Pier I, Jareds Jewelry, Famous Footwear and Ross.
Riverside Market Place	Category: Retail	Size: 52,000 SF
	Location: Jacksonville, Florida
	Description: This redevelopment project, located within the Riverside Avondale Historic District, is one of the more challenging Publix centers Hawkins has been involved with. From the stringent requirements of the architectural review board to the removal of a six-story hospital that was on the site, there were challenges around every corner. Intense pre-construction services were required to obtain the tight budgets. This combined with fully redeveloping an entire city block made the 180-day schedule seem impossible. However, the Hawkins team dove into this challenge headfirst and finished on time and within budget.
Publix Shoppes at Golden Acres	Category: Retail	Size: 44,000 SF
	Location: New Port Richey, Florida
	Description: The goals for the opening of The Shoppes at Golden Acres were met thanks to communication throughout the job between the owner and Hawkins Construction, Inc. Businesses at the 44,000 SF Publix Super Market exceeded benchmarks for a store that was built faster than other prior store in the system. In order to accelerate an already tight schedule, the developer needed the skills, experience and insight that Hawkins brought to the site. The speed with which this project was developed is a testament to the quality of the construction team.
Publix Mitchell Ranch Plaza	Category: Retail	Size: 44,000 SF
	Location: New Port Richey, Florida
	Description: This Publix center is one of over 150 that Hawkins Construction has built over the years. Mitchell Ranch Plaza is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of State Road 54 and Little Road in the rapidly growing southern section of Pasco County, approximately 30 miles to the north of Tampa.
Northgate Shopping Center	Category: Retail	Size: 82,000 SF
	Location: Tampa, Florida
	Description: This Publix supermarket and adjoining retail space provides the necessary shopping and entertainment required for the northern Tampa area. This project was the first of many that Hawkins constructed for North American Properties, all of which were under budget and ahead of schedule due to Hawkins' value engineering input.
