Regions Bank

Description: This 2-story regions bank was build in downtown Clearwater on Fort Harrison Road. It was designed to compliment the downtown architecture and it a beautiful addition to the area. Hawkins is currently constructing several Regions Bank branches throughout Florida.

Bank of St. Petersburg

Description: This project is located on Pasadena Avenue South in St. Petersburg, FL. Belleair Development chose Hawkins as the general contractor for this beautiful bank branch.

Fifth Third Bank

Regions Bank

Description: When Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth) decided to expand it’s operations in the State of Florida, they chose Hawkins Construction for the design and build services. Our typical construction schedule was 98 days, however, many branches were constructed on an accelerated schedule of 62-65 days. By early 2008, Hawkins has completed over 150 Regions and Amsouth projects.

Branch Bank & Trust

Description: This 3,800 SF, new bank project included the demolition of an existing, three-story bank that was experiencing structural failure. Prior to demolition, Hawkins constructed a temporary facility for use during the construction period. This enabled the bank to continue to service its existing customers in the area. The project was originally intended to be a branch of Republic Bank but a merger with Branch Bank and Trust took place after the project had begun. As a result of this merger, design colors, finishes, materials and product types changed in the middle of the project. These changes included a roof color change and a complete design change to the stained wood and solid surface topped teller line. This project, including the demolition of the existing facility and all merger-related changes, was completed in 110 days (10 days ahead of scheduled completion).

United Bank

SunTrust Bank

Description: This is one of numerous SunTrust Banks Hawkins Construction has built. This project was completed on the outparcel of the North Gate Shopping Center in Tampa, which Hawkins also built. This project included a poured in place vault, high-end interior finishes, and of course a tight 100 day schedule. Hawkins completed this hard-bid project within schedule and to the utmost satisfaction to the Owner and Architect. This was the first of many SunTrust Banks Hawkins has had the opportunity to build.

AmSouth Bank

Description: This project was completed on a outparcel for a larger center including a Publix food store and associated retail shops. While the prototype building style was maintained, the exterior finishes complemented the overall center scheme. The branch bank, together with extensive landscaping and public amenities, was completed on an accelerated schedule of 75 days. This facility is an example of one of over 30 projects we have comstructed for AmSouth
